The product

LockChimeBox is an independent custom device. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla. You are responsible for using it safely and in line with your vehicle’s terms, warranty and local laws, including any rules on vehicle sounds.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout and paid by the buyer. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Custom banner text

We’ll put the banner text you provide on your unit’s screen. We may decline text that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights, or doesn’t fit the display; if so, we’ll contact you before shipping.

Sounds you upload

You’re responsible for the audio files you load onto your device and for having the right to use them.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, LockChime Box isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
